Founded on January 05, 2008, USR has always provided a place where independent artists can be heard around the world. Urban Soul Radio broadcasts online and our daily listeners represent 137 countries and every state in the United States. Internet radio stations are rated by how many listening hours and not by how many listeners they have. Urban Soul Radio gets twenty thousand total listening hours per month and growing.

Independent Artists have the opportunity to submit their music to Urban Soul Radio to be included in our daily playlists and Online Music Collection. Urban Soul Radio has formed relationships with record companies, both major and independent, to help in the development of up and coming artists. Urban Soul Radio also works with producers to help independents build relationships for future projects. Listeners can purchase music while it's playing from our online music collection; allowing artists to receive royalty payments for purchased music.

Urban Soul Radio is here to support independent as well as major Artist and to develop relationships with everyone involved. We treat everyone the same. Music is universal and we all speak the same language.
